Burnout and Performance Coaching in Seattle

Owners, creators, and builders often reach a point where maintaining performance becomes harder than building it. I work with people in Seattle navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the hidden pressure of high performance, without approaching it as traditional diagnosis-driven therapy.

are you stuck?

Building Your Future Takes Effort

When I work with individuals putting in consistent effort but not getting meaningful traction, we look closely at how they are operating. Burnout does not always look like collapse. More often, it shows up as dissatisfaction.

You can be achieving and still feel flat. The same pressure and internal drive that fuels growth can also limit it. When performance is built on tension alone, it becomes harder to sustain and harder to feel satisfied by. Over time, that approach starts to break down.

STRESSED?

Success without Satisfaction

Our culture rewards the hustle, but it rarely teaches us how to nourish ourselves. High pressure and stress without rest can show up as anxiety, disconnection, hyper-focus, or emotional shutdown. And it doesn’t matter if you’re working double shifts or leading a company, if your system is overloaded, it’s going to find a way to say so.

Invest In Your Capacity

Working with me is an investment in how you function, not just what you produce. We identify where your current approach is costing you energy, refine how you apply effort so it actually compounds, and build the internal structure needed to sustain output over time. The goal is not short-term relief, but a way of operating where your strengths are available, your energy is managed, and your work becomes something you can both grow and take satisfaction in.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can therapy help even if I’m still functioning well?

Yes. Many clients come in precisely because they are functioning, but feel something is still wrong or unsatisfied. Burnout isn’t just about collapse. Sometimes it shows up at the peak of your success, when achievement stops feeling fulfilling.

I look at stress through the lens of somatic therapy and character patterns. We explore how you’ve learned to cope and help you build a broader capacity for rest, drive, and contact.

Stress is a physiological condition. By tuning into breath, tension, and movement, you gain tools to interrupt the automatic responses that keep you stuck or shutdown. I also welcome emotional expression to a degree that clients are not familiar with. This helps us work on emotions that we were taught to avoid and went our whole life not knowing how to navigate.

No. Some clients feel numb, detached, or directionless. Others feel overstimulated, wired, or frantic. Both states stem from imbalance. We work to restore a more centered, embodied way of moving through the world.
